藏药哇夏嘎对实验性高血脂大鼠血脂及血液流变学指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 实验于2006-01/05在西北民族大学医学院人体解剖学教研室和兰州大学人体解剖学与组织胚胎学研究所完成。选用普通级Wistar大鼠35只,按随机数字表法分为2组,正常对照组10只,实验组25只。实验组大鼠利用高脂饮食连续灌胃45d,建立高脂血症模型,随机抽取10只作为高血脂模型组,测定血脂判断模型是否建立成功。在模型成功的基础上,将其余15只大鼠作为哇夏嘎治疗组,用藏药哇夏嘎(由甘肃省甘南州医药公司提供)连续灌胃45d,用量为30g/(kg·d)。高血脂模型组用等量注射用水代替药物。给药45d后,通过主动脉采血,分析检测各组大鼠的血脂水平及血液流变学指标的变化情况。造模过程中5只大鼠死亡,进入结果分析共30只,正常对照组、高血脂模型组及哇夏嘎治疗组各10只。连续给药45d后,哇夏嘎治疗组大鼠的血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量均显著低于高血脂模型组[(0.98±0.38,0.39±0.21,0.31±0.29;1.32±0.27,0.69±0.16,0.41±0.17)mmol/L(t=0.76~3.47,P<0.05)];全血低、高、中切黏度均显著低于高血脂模型组[(12.28±3.16,7.09±1.27,4.98±0.83;20.20±2.19,11.60±1.83,9.03±0.60)mPa·s(t=7.03~14.60,P<0.05)]。提示藏药哇夏嘎能够降低实验性高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平,并能够降低血液黏度,防止血小板聚集,改善血流。 The experiment was carried out in the Department of Anatomy, Medical College of Northwest University for Nationalities and the Institution of Human Anatomy and Histoembryology, Lanzhou University from January to May in 2006. A total of 35 Wistar rats were randomly allocated into two groups, namely normal control group (n=10) and experimental group (n=25). Hyperlipidemia rat models were made by high diet via intragastric administration successively for 45 days, and blood-fat assay were used to evaluate 10 experimental models as model group. And other 15 hyperlipidemia rats as treatment group were administrated intragastrically for 45 days with Adhaloda Vacica Nees (AVN, offered by Gannanzhou Pharmaceutical Company of Gansu Medical Group) (30 g/kg daily), then samples of blood was taken out to assay the changes of blood-fat and hemorheological property. Due to 5 deaths during the procedure, totally 30 rats were involved in the result analysis, with 10 rats in each group. ANS decreased remarkably the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in hyperlipidemia rats [(0.98±0.38), (0.39±0.21), (0.31 ±0.29); (1.32±0.27), (0.69±0.16), (0.41±0.17) mmol/L, t=0.76-3.47, P 〈 0.05]. Compared with the model group, the whole blood sheafing viscosity of low, middle and high levels was significantly lower in ANS treatment group than in model group [(12.28 ±3.16), (7.09 ±1.27), (4.98 ±0.83); (20.20 ±2.19), (11.60±1.83), (9.03±0.60) mPa·s, t=7.03-14.60, P 〈 0.05]. It is suggesting that ANS can decrease the level of blood-fat, improve the blood viscosity, prevent the platelet agglutination, and ameliorate the blood circulation of hyperlipidemia rats.
