严寒地区中深层双U形地埋管热泵系统的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 以辽宁省阜新市某住宅小区为例,采用TRNSYS软件建立了仿真模型,通过模拟和正交试验,研究了影响中深层双U形地埋管热泵系统费用年值的因素,并分析了这些因素的影响程度。结果表明,钻孔间距和地埋管公称直径对系统费用年值的影响较大,在设计过程中应首先考虑增大钻孔间距,当间距受埋管区域限制不能增大时,则应考虑增大地埋管公称直径。针对严寒地区特点,将正交试验得到的最优方案与常见的太阳能辅助地源热泵系统进行了技术经济分析,对于热负荷占优的地区,该系统在寿命周期内具有更小的费用年值,能够长期稳定高效运行。 Taking a residential district in Fuxin city,Liaoning province as an example,establishes a simulation model by using TRNSYS software.Studies the factors affecting the annual cost of medium-depth double U-tube ground-source heat pump systems by simulation and orthogonal experiment,and analyses the influence degree of these factors.The results show that the borehole spacing and the nominal diameter of the buried pipe have a greater influence on the annual cost of the system,and the increase of the nominal diameter of the buried pipe should be considered when the spacing cannot be increased due to the limitation of the buried pipe area.According to the characteristics of the severe cold zone,carries out the technical and economic analysis between the optimal solution obtained from orthogonal experiment and the common solar assisted ground-source heat pump system.For the areas dominated by heating load,the system has a smaller annual cost in the life cycle and is stable and efficient during long-term operating.
