摘要
目的探讨沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年9月至2020年3月收治的初发老年2型糖尿病患者106例,随机分为试验组(54例)和对照组(52例)。两组患者均接受健康宣教、饮食控制、运动疗法指导,并予盐酸二甲双胍片口服;对照组患者加服格列齐特缓释片,试验组患者加服沙格列汀片;两组均治疗24周。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者治疗后的餐后2 h血糖、体质量指数、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白水平及低血糖发生率均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发老年2型糖尿病,可降低患者的体质量指数及血糖、血脂水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of saxagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with new-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with new-onset T2 DM admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(54 cases)and the control group(52 cases).The patients in the two groups received health education,diet control and exercise therapy,and they were given Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets.On this basis,the patients in the control group were treated with Gliclazide Sustained-Release Tablets,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Saxagliptin Tablets.Both groups were treated for 24 weeks.Results The 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),body mass index(BMI),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),homocysteine(HCY),C-reactive protein(CRP),and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saxagliptin combined with metformin group in the treatment of elderly patients with new-onset T2 DM can reduce the BMI,blood glucose and blood lipid level.
