摘要
目的探讨地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍及门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的2型糖尿病患者80例,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和试验组,各40例。两组患者均予以地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,试验组患者加用门冬胰岛素。结果试验组总有效率为95. 00%,显著高于对照组的80. 00%(P <0. 05);与治疗前比较,两组患者胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素功能指数和空腹胰岛素、血浆内脏脂肪型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂、糖化血红蛋白水平均显著下降(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当(7. 50%比10. 00%,P> 0. 05)。结论地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍及门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病,可有效改善胰岛素功能及血糖指标,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin detemir combined with metformin and insulin aspart in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2 DM). Methods Totally 80 patients with T2 DM admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different treatment methods,40 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with insulin detemir combined with metformin,on this baisis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with insulin aspart. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95. 00%,which was significantly higher than 80. 00 % of the control group( P < 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,the levels of insulin resistance index,insulin function index,fasting insulin,plasma visceral fat serine protease inhibitor and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar( 7. 50 % vs. 10. 00 %,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Insulin detemir combined with metformin and insulin aspart in the treatment of T2 DM can effectively improve the insulin function and blood sugar index without increasing the adverse reactions.
