摘要
目的分析二甲双胍联合度拉糖肽治疗老年2型糖尿病临床效果。方法选取2019年8月—2022年2月该院及养老社区治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者90例进行分析,按照随机抽样分组法将其分为两组,单独组45例应用单独二甲双胍进行治疗,联合组45例应用二甲双胍联合度拉糖肽进行治疗。分析两组治疗前和治疗3个月后的血糖指标、血脂指标、治疗有效率、药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,联合组患者的血糖指标低于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者的血脂指标优于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者的治疗有效率高于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者药物不良反应发生率与单独组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对老年2型糖尿病患者进行治疗时,应用二甲双胍联合度拉糖肽治疗能够降低患者血糖水平,改善患者血脂指标,提高治疗有效率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metformin combined with dulaglutide in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital and the nursing community from August 2019 to February 2022 were selected to analysed,and they were divided into two groups according to the random sampling method.45 patients in the independent group were treated with metformin alone,and 45 patients in the combined group were treated with metformin combined with dulaglutide.The blood glucose index,blood lipid index,treatment effective rate and the incidence of drug side effects before and after 3 months of treatment were analyzed.Results After treatment,the blood glucose index of the combined group was lower than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood lipid index of the combined group was better than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment effective rate of patients in the combined group was higher than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the combined group and the single group(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the application of metformin combined with dulaglutide therapy can reduce the blood sugar level,improve the blood lipid index of the patient,and improve the treatment efficiency.
