摘要
基层教学组织是“双万计划”背景下应用型高校立德树人和组织开展教、学、研、管等活动的基本主体,直接关系着新时代人才培养的质量。在应用型高校,针对基层教学组织处境边缘化、管理短期化、功能被弱化和成员分散化等运行困境,通过规范基层教学组织的设置管理、优化基层教学组织的机制建设、提升基层教学组织的综合能力、增强基层教学组织的教学团队竞争力等优化对策,充分发挥基层教学组织的实体作用和主观能动性,提升应用型高校的教育教学水平。
Grass-roots teaching organizations are the basic subjects of establishing morality,cultivating people and organizing teaching,learning,research and management activities in application-oriented universities under the background of the"Double Ten Thousand Plan",which is directly related to the quality of talent training.In response to the operational dilemma of grass-roots teaching organizations,such as marginalization,short-term management,weakening of functions and decentralization of members,it is necessary to take some countermeasures,such as standardizing the setting and management of grass-roots teaching organizations,optimizing the mechanism construction,improving the comprehensive ability and enchancing the teaching team competitiveness.And with giving full play to the substantive role and subjective initiative of grass-roots teaching organizations,the teaching and education level of application-oriented universities can be improved.
