摘要
地方本科高校专业课程育人体系构建,要以价值塑造为目标取向,实现价值引领、知识教育与能力培养的统一;要处理好专业课程与思政课程、知识教育与思政元素的关系,并从家国情怀、专业精神和职业道德等方面,多层挖掘专业课程的思政要素。在此基础上,课程育人还要结合专业自身特点,创新“三接三合”专业课程育人模式,打造以课程专任教师为主体的,思政教师、专职辅导员等共同参与的混合型课程育人团队,以促进专业课程育人的有效展开和持续改进。
The construction of a professional curriculum education system in local undergraduate universities should take value shaping as the goal so as to realize the unity of value,knowledge and ability.It is also compulsory to handle well the relationship between professional courses and ideological and political courses,between knowledge and ideological and political elements.The elements embedded in the professional courses can be excavated from the aspects of adoration for family and country,professional spirit and occupational ethics.Besides,curriculum education should consider the characteristics of the specialty,innovate the curriculum education mode of“three connections and three combinations”,and build up a blended team with teachers of the professional courses as the main body and teachers of ideological and political education and full-time counselors,so as to realize the effective and sustainable improvement of professional curriculum education.
