摘要
目的分析鼻内镜联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉患者的有效性。方法抽取2019年1月至2020年12月74例鼻息肉患者,经双盲法分为实验组与参照组,每组各37例,分别应用不同治疗方法,比较分析两组患者的效果。结果实验组患者的炎症因子指标与复发情况均优于参照组,P<0.05。结论鼻内镜联合局部糖皮质激素应用于鼻息肉患者中有效性较高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of patients with nasal endoscopic corticoside to treat nasal meat.Methods Patients from January 2019 from January 2019,74 cases of nasal meat,divided into experimental group and reference group through double blind,37 cases each group,respectively,to apply different treatments,and compare the effects of two groups of patients.Results The inflammatory factor indicators and recurrence of patients in the experimental group were better than the reference group,and P <0.05.Conclusion Nasal inner mirror combined with partial glucocorticoids is used in the effectiveness of nasal polyps,it is worth promoting.
