摘要
目的研究将孟鲁司特钠联合糖皮质激素应用于小儿支气管哮喘急性发作患儿中的作用与效果。方法方便选取2018年11月—2020年11月期间该院接收的小儿支气管哮喘急性发作病例80例,依据随机化分组,每组40例。对照组应用糖皮质激素进行治疗,观察组在糖皮质激素基础上应用孟鲁司特钠,比较两组所治疗结果。结果观察组的各项细胞因子指标(转化生长因子β1、血管内皮生长因子、白细胞介素-6)较之于对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),对照组治疗总有效率为77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.007)。结论小儿支气管哮喘急性发作治疗中应用孟鲁司特钠联合糖皮质激素较之于单独应用糖皮质激素能够改善患儿各项细胞因子指标,并提升其治疗疗效,能够获得更为理想的效果,促进其疾病康复。
Objective To study the effects and effects of montelukast sodium combined with glucocorticoids in children with acute exacerbations of bronchial asthma.Methods From November 2018 to November 2020,conveniently selected 80 cases of acute bronchial asthma in children received in the hospital were selected,and grouped according to randomization,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoids,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of glucocorticoids.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The cytokine indexes(transforming growth factorβ1,vascular endothelial growth factor,and interleukin-6)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total therapeutic effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),the total therapeutic effective rate of the control group was 77.50%(31/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.007).Conclusion The application of montelukast sodium combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children can improve various cytokine indexes and enhance the therapeutic effect of children compared with glucocorticoid alone,and can obtain more ideal results,to promote the recovery of its disease.
