摘要
目的分析哮喘患儿临床联合应用孟鲁司特钠与异丙托溴铵的治疗效果。方法择选该院于2019年4月—2020年2月收治的86例哮喘患儿为对象展开研究分析,根据随机动态化分组法分为两组,其中43例归为对照组,43例归为实验组,对照组患儿治疗方案为孟鲁司特钠给药,实验组患儿治疗方案为孟鲁司特钠+异丙托溴铵给药,比对分析两组患儿治疗前后的肺功能以及炎症水平。结果治疗后,实验组患儿的PEF(3.87±1.09)L/s、FVC(1.54±0.64)L、FEV1(1.33±0.51)L、FEV1/FVC(97.65±1.54)%均高于对照组(2.89±0.90)L/s、(1.12±0.24)L、(1.07±0.23)L、(91.16±1.29)%,组间差异有统计学意义(t=4.546、4.029、4.220、21.185,P<0.05);治疗后,实验组患儿的IL-5(21±4)ng/L、IgE(115±38)U/L均低于对照组的(31±7)ng/L、(168±47)U/L,IL-10(40±9)ng/L高于对照组(27±6)ng/L,组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.134、5.750、7.881,P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿临床联合应用孟鲁司特钠与异丙托溴铵治疗,可以改善炎症反应,纠正患儿的肺功能。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined montelukast sodium and ipratropium bromide in children with asthma.Methods A total of 86 children with asthma admitted in the hospital between April 2019 and February 2020 were selected for research and analysis.The children were divided into two groups according to the randomized dynamic grouping method,of which 43 cases were classified as the control group,43 cases were classified as the experimental group.The treatment plan of children in the control group was montelukast sodium administration,and the treatment plan of children in the experimental group was montelukast sodium+ipratropium bromide administration.Comparative analysis of the lung function and inflammation level of the two groups of children before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the PEF(3.87±1.09)L/s,FVC(1.54±0.64)L,FEV1(1.33±0.51)L,FEV1/FVC(97.65±1.54)%of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(2.89±0.90)L/s,(1.12±0.24)L,(1.07±0.23)L,(91.16±1.29)%,the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=4.546,4.029,4.220,21.185,P<0.05)After treatment,the IL-5(21±4)ng/L and IgE(115±38)U/L of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(31±7)ng/L,(168±47)U/L and IL-10(40±9)ng/L were higher than the control group(27±6)ng/L,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=8.134,5.750,7.881,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical combined treatment of montelukast sodium and ipratropium bromide in children with asthma can improve the inflammatory response and correct the pulmonary function of children.
