摘要
通过分析江西新干盐化工业城大气污染问题现状,了解园区对大气污染物快速精准溯源、有毒有害气体泄漏预警预报、解决恶臭污染引起的环境矛盾的迫切需求,提出以“污染物溯源”“预警预报”和“监督执法”三大功能为目标的大气污染在线监测系统建设。并通过阐述大气污染在线监测系统的建设目的和具体建设方案,预估其建成后发挥的作用以及解决的难题,为园区开展大气污染在线监测系统的建设提供科学理论依据并为其他化工园区提供参考借鉴。
Jiangxi Xingan salt chemical industrial city of atmospheric pollution problems are analyzed,understand the park fast accurate source of atmospheric pollutants,early warning and forecast of poisonous and harmful gas leak,the urgent need of solving the conflict of the stench pollution caused by environmental and offered to pollution source,warning forecast and supervision and law enforcement three big functions as the goal of construction of on-line monitoring system for atmospheric pollution.And through the elaboration of the construction purpose and specific construction plan of the air pollution online monitoring system,it is estimated that it will play a role after completion and solve the problems,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for the construction of the air pollution online monitoring system in the park and provide reference for other chemical parks.
