摘要
挥发性有机物(VOCs)严重危害人体健康并促使空气中PM_(2.5)和O_(3)的生成。印刷行业作为VOCs的主要来源之一,正受到越来越多的关注。梳理了印刷工艺生产过程中的排污节点,通过文献调研总结了VOCs的排放特征。印刷行业VOCs主要产生于润版、印刷、清洗和烘干等环节。排放形式、印刷产品、印刷形式和有机原辅材料的不同,使得排放的VOCs含量、种类和比例各不相同。最后总结了印刷行业VOCs的治理难点、管控政策和减排措施,以期为印刷行业VOCs的综合治理提供借鉴。
VOCs(volatile organic compounds)promote the formation of PM_(2.5)and O_(3)in the atmosphere,and greatly threaten the human health.As one of the main sources of VOCs,the printing industry has received extensive attention.This paper reviews the emission nodes in the printing process and summarizes the emission characteristics of VOCs through literature research.VOCs in the printing industry are mainly generated in the processes of plate wetting,printing,cleaning,drying and other links.Different emission forms,printing products,printing forms and organic raw&auxiliary materials make the content,types and proportions of emitted VOCs different.The management difficulties,control policies and emission reduction measures of VOCs are summarized in the end,which can provide reference for the comprehensive management of VOCs in the printing industry.
