摘要
对工业园区生态环境进行综合整治,实现挥发性有机物(VOCs)的减排是一项比较复杂的工程,为精准治理园区VOCs的污染,通过对江西省某工业园区进行详细实地摸排调查,将综合分析评价法应用于园区VOCs的治理。结果表明该园区VOCs排放主要由工业涂装、有机化工、塑料制品、医药等贡献,园区VOCs存在综合整治强度、专业力量、能力建设方面的不足,缺乏档案管理制度和监测监控基础设施。为高效率治理园区VOCs需要加强企业源头替代、提升改造生产工艺、建立园区企业VOCs日常管理体系。
It is a complex project to comprehensively renovate the ecological environment of the industrial park and reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).In order to accurately control the pollution of VOCs in the park,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation method is applied to the management of VOCs in the park through a detailed field investigation of an industrial Park in Jiangxi province.The results show that the VOCs emission in the park is mainly contributed by industrial coating,organic chemicals,plastic products,medicine,etc.the VOCs in the park are insufficient in comprehensive treatment intensity,professional strength and capacity building,and lack of file management system and monitoring infrastructure.In order to effectively control VOCs in the park,it is necessary to strengthen the source substitution of enterprises,improve and transform the production process,and establish the daily VOCs management system of enterprises in the park.
