摘要
食品安全问题关乎民生及国家安全,越来越引起人们的关注,并逐渐成为了一个社会焦点和热点问题。提高食品安全检测效率,对于保障食品安全具有重要的意义。可视化检测方法在提高检测效率、简化检测步骤、节省检测时间及成本方面具有很大的优势,是今后食品安全检测发展的一个方向。本文探讨了可视化检测方法在食品安全检测中的具体应用实例,以期为相关研究人员提供参考和思路。
Food safety issues are related to people's livelihood and national security,and have attracted more and more people's attention,and have gradually became a social focus and hot issue.Improving the efficiency of food safety detection is of great significance for ensuring food safety.Visual detection methods have great advantages in improving detection efficiency,simplifying detection steps,saving detection time and cost,and are development direction of food safety detection in the future.This article discusses specific application examples of visual detection methods on food safety detection,to provide references and ideas for relevant researchers.
