不确定条件下低碳快捷货运路径优化

摘要 文章分析了多式联运过程中的不确定因素,并建立了不确定条件下多式联运多目标模型;明确多式联运过程中各运输方式的单位运输成本、单位转运成本、单位碳排放量和转运碳排放量等,通过引入碳税制度,建立考虑碳成本的多式联运路径优化模型;考虑时间限制约束条件,采用软时间窗策略构建多式联运路径优化模型。 This paper analyzes the uncertain factors in the process of multimodal transport, and establishes a multiobjective model of multimodal transport under uncertain conditions. Based on the clear the mode of transportation in the process of multimodal transport unit transportation cost, the unit transportation cost, carbon emissions and transport carbon emissions, and by introducing a carbon tax system, consider the carbon cost of multimodal transport path optimization model is established. Considering the time constraints, the soft time window strategy is adopted to construct the multimodal transportation path optimization model.
