摘要
为了打造高效、便捷的国际物流通道,同时提高消费者的生活水平,在"海运+冷藏班列+公路短驳"多式联运新业务模式下,文章提出了基于海铁联运的冷藏集装箱路径优化模型.文章以普通集装箱多式联运为基础,以包括制冷成本、运输成本、转运成本在内的总成本最小为目标函数建立模型.在算法上提出改进后的动态规划算法,把每个节点视为一段虚拟路径,通过算例分析得到在冷藏集装箱多式联运和普通集装箱多式联运两种情况下所得到的最优路径各不相同,冷藏集装箱在海铁联运的运输模式下,制冷成本虽然增加了,但总成本有所降低.研究冷藏集装箱海铁联运路径优化问题对决策者在选择运输路径时提供了可靠的参考依据.
In order to create an efficient and convenient international logistics channel,and to meet the consumer's living standardsat the same time,in the realization of " maritime+refrigerated trains+highway short split" new multimodal transport mode,this paper presents an optimization model of multimodal transportation path for refrigerated containers.Based on the multimodal transport of ordinary container,the optimization model is established by minimizing the cost composed of refrigeration cost,transportation cost and transshipment cost as the objective function.The dynamic programming algorithm is proposed,and each city node is regarded as a virtual path.Through calculation,the optimal path of the two models is different by solving the multimodal transport of refrigerated containers and the multimodal transport of ordinary containers.Under the mode of sea-railway combined transport of refrigerated containers,whilerefrigeration cost is increasing,but the total cost is decreasing.And the necessity of studying multimodal transport of refrigerated containers and the problem of sea-rail transport is obtained for transport managers.
