传统医学在当代大学生心理健康教育中的应用探究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,部分大学生存在着不同程度的心理健康问题,主要表现为对新环境的适应性较差、学习的主动性和积极性不高、离群感日益加重、出现自卑情绪等现象。传统医学作为中医药文化的主体思想,其中:未病先防、既病防变、愈后防复的“治未病”思想,顺应自然、形神共养的“养生”理念,扶正祛邪、三因制宜的“中医治则”等,凝聚了中华民族几千年来认识生命、预防疾病的思想精髓,有着丰富的内容和成果,在大学生心理健康教育应用中具有很强的指导意义。 In recent years,some college students have different degrees of mental health problems,mainly manifested in poor adaptability to the new environment,low learning initiative and enthusiasm,increasing sense of alienation,inferiority complex and so on.As the main idea of medicine culture,traditional Chinese medicine contains the thought of“Prevention of disease”,like preventing disease before symptoms,preventing change after disease,and preventing recrudescence after healing;contains the concept of“health preservation”,like conforming to nature and cultivation of form and spirit;and contains the“treatment principle”of supporting the right and expelling evil and adjusting to three factors.Traditional Chinese medicine embodies the essence of the Chinese nation’s thinking of understanding life and preventing diseases for thousands of years.It’s rich content and achievements have strong guiding significance in the application of college students’mental health education.
