摘要
本文运用改进的柯布—道格拉斯生产函数,测算2006—2019年江苏省高等教育发展对经济增长的贡献率,得出江苏高等教育对经济的贡献率高于全国水平,但低于江苏本科教育对经济的贡献率,江苏高等职业教育对经济的贡献有待进一步提高的结论。建议江苏加快高职教育发展速度,提升高职教育质量,深化高职教育体制机制改革,改善就业环境,提升城市就业吸引力,让高职教育成果更高效地服务经济发展。
This paper uses the improved Cobb-Douglas production function to measure the contribution rate of Jiangsu’s higher education development to economic growth from 2006 to 2019, and concludes that the contribution rate of Jiangsu’s higher education to the economy is higher than the national level, but lower than that of Jiangsu undergraduate The contribution rate of education to the economy and the contribution of Jiangsu higher vocational education to the economy need to be further improved. It is recommended that Jiangsu speed up the development of higher vocational education, improve the quality of higher vocational education, deepen the reform of the higher vocational education system and mechanism, improve the employment environment, and increase the attractiveness of urban employment, so that the results of higher vocational education will serve economic development more efficiently.
