摘要
"构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局"是党中央根据当前国内经济发展新阶段以及国际国内环境变化做出的重要战略举措,在新发展格局下高职教育承担着服务区域经济发展,创新人才培养、储备人力资源,实现不同层次教育需求、改善民生服务,提升开放水平、促进科技创新等历史使命。立足新发展阶段的重大机遇,湖北省高职教育面临着"类型"教育特征未能充分展现、开放水平有待提升以及创新引领效应未能形成等挑战。通过探索打造融合发展平台、助力改善民生服务、完善社会科技服务的"一平台两服务"模式,能有效提升湖北地区高职教育服务区域经济适应性。
It is an important strategic measure made by the Party Central Committee according to the current new stage of domestic economic development and the changes of international and domestic environment to construct a new development pattern of " taking the domestic cycle as the main body and promoting the domestic and international double cycles mutually". Under the new development pattern,higher vocational education undertakes the historical missions of serving regional economic development,cultivating innovative talents,reserving human resources,realizing the educational needs of different levels,improving people’s livelihood services,enhancing the level of openness,and promoting scientific and technological innovation. Based on the great opportunities in the new stage of development,higher vocational education in Hubei Province is faced with such challenges as the failure to fully display the characteristics of " type" education,the need to improve the level of openness and the failure to form the innovation leading effect. Through exploring the " one platform and two services" mode of building integrated development platform,helping to improve people’s livelihood service and improving social science and technology service,it can effectively enhance the regional economic adaptability of higher vocational education service in Hubei Province.
