摘要
贸易投资便利化水平的提高对提升贸易效率有很大的促进作用,也能很大程度增加RCEP成员国的贸易福利。首先构建了贸易投资便利化指标体系,然后测算了RCEP成员国家的贸易投资便利化水平,最后将这一结果引入随机前沿引力模型的贸易非效率项中,利用随机前沿引力模型和贸易非效率模型研究其对RCEP成员国贸易的促进作用。贸易效率研究表明:成员国贸易投资便利化水平差异显著,贸易效率整体提升空间较大;东盟十国之间贸易效率发展呈现两极化的特征,发展不平衡;加强基础设施建设、完善海关与边境管理措施、提高贸易投资便利化水平能够显著提升贸易双方的贸易效率。最后,根据研究对结果进行分析,对提高RCEP成员国贸易投资便利化水平和提升贸易效率提出建议。
The improvement of trade and investment facilitation can greatly promote the improvement of trade efficiency,and also greatly increase the trade welfare of RCEP members.Firstly,the trade and investment facilitation index system is constructed,and then the level of trade and investment facilitation of RCEP member countries is measured.Finally,the result is introduced into the trade inefficiency item of stochastic frontier gravity model,and the promotion effect on trade of RCEP member countries is studied by using stochastic frontier gravity model and trade inefficiency model.The study on trade efficiency shows that there are significant differences in trade and investment facilitation among member states,and there is great room for overall improvement of trade efficiency.The development of trade efficiency among ten ASEAN countries is characterized by polarization and unbalanced development.Strengthening infrastructure,improving customs and border control measures,and improving trade and investment facilitation can significantly improve trade efficiency for both sides.The results of the study are analyzed,and suggestions are put forward to improve trade and investment facilitation and trade efficiency of RCEP members.
