摘要
工程教育认证是提高工程技术人才培养质量的重要途径。本文基于工程教育专业认证理念,对河北工程大学食品科学与工程专业食品工艺综合实训课程进行了教学改革与探索。建立以学生为中心的教学方式,将课程的目标导向与学生自由探索相结合,要求学生从不同维度进行产品的创新设计,构建科学的课程考核方式与评价机制,将实验方案制定、产品技术创新水平等纳入考核指标体系。通过实训课程的教学改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的创新意识及团队协作、沟通、分析和解决问题等能力,工程实践能力也得到了提高。同时,该实训课程改革为深化食品科学与工程专业其他实践类课程的改革与创新探索提供了新途径。
The Engineering Education certification accreditation played an important role in improving the cultivating quality of engineering and technical talents.In this paper,the course of integrated training of food technology which belongs to Food Science and Engineering,Hebei University of Engineering was reformed based on the principle of the engineering education certification accreditation.The reformation included the es⁃tablishment of student-centered teaching methods,combining goal-oriented with students’free exploration,asking students to carry out innovative product design from different dimensions,constructing a scientific cur⁃riculum assessment method and evaluation mechanism,incorporating the formulation of experiment plans and the level of technological product innovation into the assessment index system.Through the teaching innova⁃tions of the practical training courses,the students'interest in learning is stimulated,their innovative con⁃sciousness,teamwork,communication,the ability to analyze and solve problems are cultivated,and the engi⁃neering practice ability is also improved.Meanwhile,this teaching innovations provide a new way to deepen the reform and innovative exploration of other practical courses of food science and engineering.
