摘要
目的:探讨基于岗位胜任力的多元化评价模式在内科护理学课程中的应用效果。方法:将桂林医学院2020级4个护理高职教学班随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用基于岗位胜任力的多元化评价模式,对照组采用传统的评价方式,比较两组学生的期末考试成绩、岗位胜任力和批判性思维能力变化情况。结果:干预后,观察组期末考核成绩平均为(88.48±4.52)分,对照组为(87.24±4.31)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组岗位胜任力总均分为(3.33±0.62)分,对照组为(3.17±0.56)分(P<0.05);观察组批判性思维能力水平为(290.23±47.46)分,对照组为(278.39±46.16)分(P<0.05)。结论:多元化课程考核模式能有效提升护生的岗位胜任力和批判性思维能力,提高学习效果。
Objective:To explore the application effects of multi-assessment mode in the course of medical nursing based on the post competency ability.Methods:Students in 4 nursing teaching classes of Grade 2020 of Guilin Medical University were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Students in the control group received general assessment mode,while students in the observation group received multi-assessment mode based on the post competency ability.The examination performance,the post competency ability,and critical thinking ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the final examination scores in the observation group was(88.48±4.52) and(87.24± 4.31) in the control group,and it was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The total mean score of post competency ability in the observation group was(3.33±0.62) and(3.17±0.56) in the control group(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability score of the observation group was(290.23± 47.46) and(278.39±46.16) in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-assessment mode can effectively improve the examination scores,post competence ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students and improve the learning effect.
