摘要
水铁联运枢纽项目的实施具有多阶段、多参与方、多行业等特征,使得其项目的全生命周期管理具有一定的复杂性。通过分析水铁联运枢纽项目的特点及其EPC项目全生命周期管理存在的问题,提出引入BIM技术,将BIM技术与EPC模式进行优势互补,构建基于BIM的水铁联运EPC项目全生命周期管理平台架构,从项目设计、项目采购、项目施工和项目运维等4个阶段管理模块,设计基于BIM的水铁联运EPC项目全生命周期管理平台功能,为改进水铁联运枢纽项目的全生命周期管理以及EPC模式与BIM技术的结合提供参考。
The implementation of water-rail intermodal hub projects has the characteristics of multi-stage,multi-participants,and multi-industry,which makes the life cycle management more complicated.By analyzing the characteristics of the water-rail intermodal hub project and the problems in the life cycle management of the EPC project,this paper proposed to introduce BIM.By combining complementary advantages of BIM and the EPC mode,this paper built the life cycle management architecture of the EPC project for water-rail intermodal based on BIM.On the basis of a four-stage management module,i.e.,project design,project procurement,project construction,and project operation and maintenance,it realized the BIM-based life cycle management platform of EPC project for water-rail intermodal hubs.This paper provides a reference for improving the life cycle management of water-rail intermodal transportation hub and integrating EPC mode and BIM.
