摘要
为提高动车组异地故障处置效率、减少运输成本,在阐述目前动车组异地故障影响情况的基础上,针对现有调整方案存在的不足,充分利用调度调整手段,合理采取交路换乘恢编、近距离空送、加开临客、变更重联运行、与少定员图定车换编开行、担当快运任务等运输调整策略,以供不同场景下选择最优方案,同时提出特殊场景下相关运输组织办法,以不断减少动车组空车底走行公里数,提高运输效率,降低对高速铁路运输秩序的影响,提升客运服务质量。
For the efficiency improvement of EMU remote fault handling and the cost reduction of transportation,this paper studied the current EMU remote fault handling scheme as well as its influencing factors and disadvantages,and countermeasures were put forward.These countermeasures include making full use of the dispatching adjustment means and reasonably adopting transportation and adjustment strategies such as resuming train formation for routing transfer,short-distance air transportation,increasing temporary trains,altering reconnection operation,formation changing operation with scheduled trains with a low fixed passenger capacity,and undertaking express transportation tasks.By doing this,the optimal scheme for different scenarios can be selected,and at the same time,the relevant transportation organization requirements under special scenarios are specified to continuously reduce the number of running miles under the empty EMU cars and the impact on the transportation order of high speed railways and improve the transportation efficiency and passenger service quality.
