京沪高铁复兴号动车组350 km/h运营安全保障体系构建 被引量:8

摘要 为进一步发挥京沪高铁运输潜能、提升京沪高铁运营服务品质,从2017年9月21日起,复兴号动车组在京沪高铁率先实现350 km/h运营,在高速铁路已有安全保障体系的基础上,以中国铁路上海局集团有限公司为例,从设备、人员、管理、应急保障等方面,进一步强化构建京沪高铁复兴号动车组保障体系,以适应350 km/h动车组运行安全的需要。事实证明,该体系杜绝了责任行车事故,未发生严重影响运输秩序的设备故障,形成一套较完整的高铁动车组维护技术和运营管理模式,安全保障处于世界领先水平,保障体系的构建可为高铁运营达速线路安全对策提供参考。 At September 21,2017,Fuxing EMU trains were first put into operation at a speed of 350 km/h on Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway in order to further tap the transport potential of this railway and improve its service quality.On the basis of the existing safety system for high speed railways,this paper takes China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.as an example.The safety system of Fuxing EMU trains on BeijingShanghai high speed railway is further strengthened in the aspects of equipment,personnel,management and contingency support,so as to meet the requirements for operational safety of 350 km/h EMU trains.It later turned out that the system eliminated the train operation accidents due to negligence,and prevented equipment failures that severely affect the transport.As a result,CR has developed a complete package of maintenance technologies and operation management models of high speed EMU trains and its safety is at a world leading level,and the development of the safety system provides reference for ensuring safety of high speed railways operated in line with the design speed.
