摘要
为了摸清适合海上水基钻屑现场减量的方法,针对海上全回收项目钻屑含液量高、回收量大的难题,开展了负压减量效果应用评价、岩屑传输滤液水洗、岩屑分选筛工艺和岩屑压榨等方面的研究工作。研究结果表明,改进后的负压振动筛在大部分井段固液分离效果明显,可以作为现场减量的主要手段,单井减量30%以上;岩屑传输滤液水洗,对于黏度较大易成团的钻屑有很好的分离效果,提高下级分选效果5%;岩屑分选是水基钻屑二次分离有效工艺,能够实现钻屑减重30%以上;压榨技术能够实现固定式处置中心的钻屑深度减量,减重20%以上。该研究成果对水基钻屑减量具有一定指导意义。
In order to find out the method suitable for on-site reduction of offshore water-based drilling cuttings, aiming at the problems of high liquid content and large recovery of drilling cuttings in the offshore full recovery project, the research work on the application evaluation of negative pressure reduction effect, cuttings transmission filtrate washing, cuttings screening process and cuttings pressing was carried out.The research results show that the improved negative pressure vibrating screen has obvious solid-liquid separation effect in most well sections, and can be used as the main means of on-site reduction, and the reduction of single well is more than 30%;the cuttings transport filtrate is washed with water, which has a good separation effect for the cuttings with high viscosity and easy to agglomerate, and improves the separation effect of the lower level by 5%;cuttings separation is an effective process of water-based cuttings secondary separation, which can realize drilling, the weight of cuttings can be reduced by more than 30%;the depth of cuttings can be reduced by more than 20% by pressing technology. The research results have certain guiding significance for water-based cuttings reduction.
