摘要
本文在分析钻井液在振动筛网上的流动状态后导出了沿筛网流动及透筛流动的运动方程与连续方程,组成不稳定流动微分方程组。为简化求解,提出了在一振动周期内按平均能量来处理微分方程的近似方法,获得了简明的稳定流方程组。用差分法解此方程组所得数据与有关实测数据相吻合。
After analysing the flow form of the drilling fluid onvibrating screens, the author derives the motion equation andcontinuity equation of the fluid-- flows on the screen and throughthe screen, builds a set of differential equations of unsteady flowand, for simplicity. takes an approximation for solving thedifferential equations by adopting the average flow capacitywithin a vibration period and obtains thereby a simple set ofsteady--flow equations. The results from solving these equa-tions, conform to the data of actual measurements.
