摘要
随着山东省环渤海沿岸经济和社会的发展, 海岸工程建设越来越多, 导致近岸海域海洋生态系统受到不同程度的破坏, 海洋生态问题随之暴露出来.山东省渤海海洋生态红线制度的实施有利于维护海洋生态健康与生态安全, 缓解和改善生态环境恶化的现状, 带动沿岸经济类型向生态文明经济转变, 促进经济-社会-环境-生态之间的协调和可持续健康发展.文章介绍了海洋生态红线的内涵及山东省渤海海洋生态红线划定情况, 对海洋生态红线制度的进-步实施进行了展望.
With the development of coastal economic and social development along the Bohai Rim n Shandong province,more and more coastal engineering construction caused damages to marine ecosystems in the coastal waters in vary degrees, and the marine ecological problems were ex posed. The implementation of marine ecological red line system in Bohai Sea of Shandong province is conducive to maintaining the ecological health and ecological security of the marine en vironment,alleviating and improving the deterioration of the ecological environment, and promo ting the transformation of the coastal economic type to the ecological civilization economy and promoting economic and social environment ecological coordination and sustainable healthy devel opment. This paper introduced the connotation of marine ecological red line and the delineation of marine ecological red line in Bohai Sea of Shandong province,and prospected the further imple mentation of marine ecological red line system.
