盐胁迫下不同玉米自交系的耐盐生理差异分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了分析耐盐能力不同的玉米品种响应盐胁迫的生理差异,分别用0、10、25、50和100 mmol/L的NaCl处理PH4CV(盐敏感型玉米自交系)和PH6WC(耐盐型玉米自交系)的幼苗,测量2个玉米品种幼苗的生长生理、光合生理和逆境生理等方面的指标.结果表明,相同NaCl浓度胁迫处理下,耐盐品种PH6WC中K+的质量分数和SOD活性均大于盐敏感品种PH4CV中的数值,MDA含量低于PH4CV中的数值,叶绿素荧光参数Y(Ⅱ)、ETR(Ⅱ)、qP均高于PH4CV中的数值,NPQ低于PH4CV中的数值.以上结果说明,PH6WC可通过降低MDA含量、增加SOD活性、缓解PSⅡ系统所受损伤,来缓解盐胁迫对玉米的伤害效应. In order to analyze the physiological difference of different maize varieties in response to salt stress,PH4CV(salt sensitive maize inbred lines)and PH6WC(salt tolerant maize inbred lines)were used as experimental materials to investigate the effect of various NaCl concentrations(0,10,25,50 and 100 mmol/L)on maize seedlings.The indexes of growth physiology,photosynthetic physiology and stress physiology between the two maize inbred lines seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that under the same NaCl stress condition,the mass fractions of K+and SOD activity in PH6WC seedlings were higher than those in PH4CV seedlings.The MDA content in PH6WC seedlings was lower than that in PH4CV seedlings.As for the photosynthetic physiology,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Y(Ⅱ),ETR(Ⅱ)and qP in PH6WC seedlings were higher than those in PH4CV seedlings,and NPQ in PH6WC seedlings was lower than that in PH4CV seedlings.The above results suggested that the salt tolerant maize PH6WC can alleviate the salt damage by decreasing MDA content,increasing SOD activity and alleviating the damage on photosynthetic systemⅡ.
