摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷法治疗气虚血瘀型心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法80例气虚血瘀型心力衰竭患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与治疗组,各40例。对照组采取常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上采取穴位贴敷法治疗。比较两组中医证候疗效、中医证候总积分、临床疗效、心功能分级、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组中医证候总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,中医证候总积分(11.64±1.64)分低于对照组的(12.37±1.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心功能分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.046,P=0.041<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P=0.019<0.05)。治疗组生活质量评分(36.64±7.14)分低于对照组的(45.64±5.69)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.235,P=0.001<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025<0.05)。结论在常规疗法基础上加用穴位贴敷法治疗气虚血瘀型心力衰竭,安全可靠,患者对疗效满意,具有较高的临床应用意义。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of acupoint application on heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 80 patients with heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into control group and treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,clinical efficacy,cardiac function classification,quality of life score,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome 97.50%in the treatment group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(11.64±1.64)points was lower than(12.37±1.52)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cardiac function classification of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.046,P=0.041<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significan(χ^(2)=5.541,P=0.019<0.05).The quality of life score of the treatment group was(36.64±7.14)points,which was lower than(45.64±5.69)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.235,P=0.001<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.50%,which was lower than 17.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,acupoint application is safe and reliable in the treatment of patients with heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and patients are satisfied with
