摘要
目的通过观察生脉注射液对老年慢性心力衰竭的症状及心功能的影响,评价其临床应用的疗效。方法我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者68例,随机分为生脉注射液治疗组36例和常规治疗组32例。生脉注射液治疗组在常规治疗心力衰竭的基础上,静脉滴注生脉注射液40 ml,1次/d,14 d为一疗程。治疗前后观察心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血压、静息心率的变化及临床症状的改善。结果生脉注射液治疗组总有效率86.10%,常规治疗组总有效率65.60%,生脉注射液治疗组CO、CI及LVEF均较治疗前显著改善,心功能改善情况优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用生脉注射液,可以更好地改善慢性心力衰竭患者的临床症状及左心室收缩功能,提高治疗效果。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Shengmai injection on the elderly patients with chronic heart failuer.Methods： From July,2004 to July,2006,68 eldely hospitalized patients with chornic heart failure were selected.All patients were divided randomly into two groups： 36 patients in Shengmai injection treated group and 32 patients in the control group.In the treated group,40 ml of Shengmai injection were injected intravenously daily on the basis of routine treatment.All patients were checked with cadiac Output（CO）,cardiac index（CI）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,bloodpressure,heart rate and clinical symptoms before and after treatrnnt.Results： After giving Shengmaiinjection for 14 days,the total effective rates were 86.10% in the treated group and 65.60% in the control group（P〈0.05）.CO,CI,LVEF and heart function in Shengmai injection treated group were significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The use of Shengmai injection on the basis of conventional therapy can improve the clinical conditions and left ventricular systolic function of patients with chronic heart failure.
