摘要
目的:观察高频电针内关穴在治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭中的疗效。方法:选择我院收治的急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的患者53例,随机分为两组,对照组予以西医常规治疗,实验组在西医常规治疗的基础上另予高频电针内关穴治疗;比较两组患者短期内(治疗前、治疗5、15、30分钟,1、2、3、4、6小时)血压情况及治疗2周后血压、心功能、死亡率。同时采用多普勒超声心动图测定治疗前及治疗2周后左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)和左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:本研究结果显示,实验组在各时点升高血压的效果及2周后左心功能的改善等方面明显的优于对照组,且2周后的死亡率明显的低于对照组。结论:高频电针内关穴可成为辅助治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的有效手段,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the effect of high frequency electro-acupuncture at Neiguan for treatment of heart failure complicated by acute myocardial infarction. Methods： 83 patients in our hospital with acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conventional treatment, amt the experimental group received high frequency electro-acupuncture at Neiguan on the basis of conventional treatment; and then we compared blood pressure shortly （ before treatment, after treatment of the 5th, 15th, 30th minute and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th hour） and blood pressure after 2 weeks of treatment, cardiac function, mortality between the two groups of patients. While we compared the left ventricular end-systolic volume （ LVESV ） , left ventricular end-diastolic volume （LVEDV） and left ventrieu- lar ejection fraction （LVEF） with Doppler Echocardiography before treatment and two weeks after. Results ： The results showed that the experimental group had more obvious improvement than the controlled group in the effect of increasing hlood pressure at each time point and left ventricular function after 2 weeks, and had significantly lower mortality after 2 weeks than the controlled group. Conclusion ： High frequency electro-acupuncture at Neiguan can become effective adjuvant treatment of heart failure com- plicated by acute myocardial infarction and is worthy of promotion.
