摘要
本文采用家兔急性心肌缺血模型,设计电针组与对照组,以单相动作电位波幅及其最大上升速率为指标,观察到急性心肌缺血后对照组波幅明显衰减,上升速率明显减慢,而电针“内关”对这两个指标的变化,具有明显地抑制效应,且不出现复极后不应性现象。说明电针可提高缺血心肌边缘区的电兴奋性,减少不能参与再生性去极化心肌细胞数,易化电兴奋在缺血边缘区的传导,防止心律失常的发生。
The artice applied rabbits model of acute is-chemic myocardium to devide electrotherapy group and control group. Indexes were the wave amplitude of monophasic action potential and its biggest rate of ascending. The results showed that the wave amplitude of control group decended significantly, the ascending rate was slow significantly .electrotherapy on 'Netguan'points could control this reaction significantly, there was no refractoriness sign after repolar-ization. These suggest that eletrotherapy can elevate the electric excitation in the marginal zone of is chemic myocardium, decrease the count of depolax-izated cardial musle cells whice can not effect on generation . facilitate the conduction of electtric excitation in marginal zone of chemic myocardium,prevent the occurrence of arrhythmic.
