2019年广州市花都区涉禽场所外环境禽流感病毒监测分析 被引量:3

Analysis of avian influenza virus surveillance on wading poultry premises of external environment in Huadu District,Guangzhou in 2019

摘要 目的掌握2019年广州市花都区外环境中禽流感病毒的分布情况及流行趋势,为制定人感染禽流感防控决策提供科学依据。方法采集2019年花都区禽类市场环境样本,采用实时荧光定量PCR法进行A型流感病毒(influenza A virus,FluA)核酸检测,FluA核酸阳性样本进行H5、H7、H9亚型流感病毒分型,样本率间的比较采用χ^(2)检验和Fisher确切检验。结果2019年共采集外环境样本1805份,FluA核酸阳性473份,总阳性检出率为26.2%;分型实验中,H5、H7、H9亚型分别检出62、0、360份,其阳性检出率依次为3.4%、0%、19.9%,未分型成功51份,占样本总数的2.8%。其中H5亚型和H9亚型病毒阳性率均显示监测强化期显著高于监测常规期;2019年涉禽市场总体外环境禽流感病毒阳性率为26.2%,与广州市非限制区和限制区外环境禽流感病毒阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.776,P<0.01);农贸综合市场与禽类批发市场外环境禽流感病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.738,P<0.01);不同样本类型总病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=77.809,P<0.01),以砧板刀具、污水和禽饮水较高。结论2019年广州市花都区各月涉禽场所均有病毒污染,每年6—10月要特别关注H5亚型禽流感病毒的污染和传播,农贸市场、批发市场的从业人员更需要加强个体防护。 Objective To grasp the distributions and epidemic trend of avian influenza virus of external environment in Huadu District,Guangzhou,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of human infected with avian influenza.Methods Environmental samples of poultry market in Huadu District in 2019 were collected,and influenza A virus(FluA)nucleic acid was subject to nucleic acid testing with fluorescence quantitative PCR method.FluA positive samples were classified into H5,H7 and H9 subtypes of influenza virus.Comparison of sample rates was performed byχ^(2)test and Fisher’s exact test.Results A total of 1805 environmental samples were collected in 2019,including 473 FluA positive nucleic acid samples with a total positive rate of 26.2%.In the typing experiment,62 cases of H5,0 case of H7 and 360 cases of H9 were tested respectively,the positive rate was 3.4%,0%and 19.9%,respectively,and 51 cases failed to be successfully classified,accounting for 2.8%of the total samples.The positive rates of H5 subtype and H9 subtype viruses were significantly higher in enhanced surveillance period than in routine surveillance period.The overall positive rate of avian influenza virus in external environment of wading poultry market in 2019 was 26.2%,and the comparative difference from that of non-restricted and restricted areas in Guangzhou was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.776,P<0.01).The difference in positive rate of avian influenza virus in the external environment between comprehensive agricultural markets and poultry wholesale markets was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.738,P<0.01).The difference in positive rate of total virus among different sample types was significantly different(χ^(2)=77.809,P<0.01),and was higher in cutting board,sewage and poultry drinking water.Conclusion Virus contamination adre fou in wading poultry sites in all months in Huadu District,Guangzhou in 2019.Special concerns should be thrown to the contamination and transmission of H5 subtype avian influenza virus from June to Oct
