摘要
数字经济的发展,新技术的出现,对传统会计行业造成了重大的冲击,也形成了会计人才教育供给与产业需求的重大结构性矛盾。探索在生产性实训基地的生产和教学功能之外,附加创新创业教育和创业孵化基地的功能,鼓励教师、学生利用专业特长,面向社会需求,利用已建成的生产性实训基地进行创新创业实践,实现产教创融合,创新学校和学校支持下的师生共创企业双主导的“1.5元制”实践育人新模式,有利于知识型、技能型、创新型人才的培养。
The development of the digital economy and the emergence of new technologies have a significant impact on traditional accounting industry,and have also formed a major structural contradiction between the education supply of accounting talents and the industry demand.Explore in addition to the production and teaching functions of the productive training base,add the functions of innovation and entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship incubation bases,encourage teachers and students to use their professional expertise,face social needs,and use the established productive training bases for innovation and entrepreneurship practice to realize the integration of production,education and innovation,and the new model of“1.5 yuan system”practice education,which is dominated by innovative schools and teachersstudents co-created enterprises supported by schools,is conducive to the cultivation of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative talents.
