摘要
当前乡村教师培训中存在着培训形式相对单一、培训课程教学缺乏针对性、培训评价缺乏实效性等问题,致使乡村教师培训实效比较低。究其原因,是乡村教师培训动机缺失、教学工作任务繁重、教育管理压力大造成的。为此,文章提出提高乡村教师培训实效的四个对策:激发乡村教师的培训动机、创新乡村教师培训模式、改革乡村教师培训评价方式、健全乡村教师培训的保障机制。
At present,there are some problems in the training of rural teachers,such as the relatively single form of training,the lack of target training course teaching,and the lack of effectiveness of training evaluation,which makes the training effectiveness of rural teachers relatively low.The reason is that the lack of training motivation of rural teachers,the heavy task of teaching and the great pressure of education management.To this end,four countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of rural teacher training are put forward:to stimulate the training motivation of rural teachers,to innovate the training model of rural teachers,to reform the evaluation method of rural teacher training,and to improve the guarantee mechanism of rural teacher training.
