摘要
新时代背景下,学生获取知识的途径有多种,因此老师的责任不在于给学生传输多少知识,而在于给学生创造学习动机,让学习发生。当前商务英语听说教学,评价方式单一,学生学习动机缺失,因而为了实现“以评促学”,本文从建立档案袋、获取学生信息到设定学习目标和设计教学活动,让学生通过完成学习任务让学习发生,最后再对学生的表现给予积极评价,创造学习动机。
In the new era,there are many ways for students to acquire knowledge.Therefore,the responsibility of teachers lies not in how much they transmit to students,but in creating learning motivations for students and making learning happen.The current evaluation method in business English listening and speaking is single,therefore,students are lacking of learning motivation.In order to achieve the goal of“Assessment for Learning”,this paper starts from establishing learning portfolios to obtain information about students,so as to set learning goals and design the teaching activities,to make learning happen through tasks,and then gives a positive evaluation on students’performance to create learning motivation.
