摘要
研究职业教育的定位与政策导向,是一个具有与时俱进意义的重要问题。新发展阶段职业教育的类型定位,体现在地位、功能、层次三个方面。分析了职业教育定位与政策导向之间的关系,指出地方政府在职业教育的定位和政策导向上也应保持一致性。并分析了职业教育新定位对湖北省政策导向的启示,应从统筹规划设计、推进省部共建,优化院校布局、完善职教体系,优化制度供给、打通发展路径等方面整体推进,探索具有湖北特色的职业教育改革发展之路。
To study the orientation and policy guidance of vocational education is an important issue with the significance of advancing with The Times.The type orientation of vocational education in the new development stage is reflected in three aspects:position,function and level.The relationship between the orientation and policy guidance of vocational education is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the local government should maintain consistency in the orientation and policy guidance of vocational education.The enlightenment of the new orientation of vocational education for the policy guidance of Hubei province is also analyzed,and the reform and development of vocational education with Hubei characteristics is explored from such aspects as overall planning and design,promoting province-ministry co-construction,optimizing the layout of colleges,perfecting the vocational education system,optimizing the system supply,opening up the development path and so on.
