摘要
目的探讨输尿管结石术后双J管留置不同时间周期对患者并发症及手术效果所产生的影响。方法选取该院2017年5月-2020年6月进行输尿管结石手术患者80例为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组,每组各40例,A组患者双J管留置2周,B组留置4周,比较分析两组的手术结果、白细胞计数(WBC)结果、并发症发生率等。结果A组医疗费用为(809.67±92.45)元,显著低于B组的(1149.49±95.69)元,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=16.153,P<0.001);分析患者在手术当天尿WBC值以及双J管拔除后的血WBC与尿WBC值,A组尿WBC计数均低于B组,血WBC值高于B组,但是两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分析比较两组并发症情况,A组除双J管上移外,下尿路刺激、腰腹痛、肉眼血尿以及管壁钙盐沉积或拔管困难的发生率均显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管结石术后双J管留置时间2周时相比留置4周,并发症发生率更低且手术效果更好,因此留置2周周期较为合理。
Objective To investigate the impact of double J tube indwelling for different time periods after ureteral calculi on patients'complications and surgical results.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing ureteral calculi surgery in the hospital from May 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in group A were indwelled with double J tubes for 2 weeks and group B was indwelled for 4 weeks.The surgical results,white blood cell count(WBC)results,and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results The medical expenses of group A was(809.67±92.45)yuan,which was significantly lower than that of group B(1149.49±95.69)yuan,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=16.153,P<0.001).Analyzed the patient’s urine WBC value on the day of surgery and the blood WBC and urine WBC values after the double J tube was removed.The urine WBC counts of group A were lower than those of group B,the blood WBC value was higher than that of group B,the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared,in addition to the double J tube moving up,the incidence of lower urinary tract irritation,lumbago and abdominal pain,gross hematuria,and tube wall calcium deposits and difficulty in extubation in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The indwelling time of double J tube after ureteral calculi is 2 weeks compared with 4 weeks indwelling,the complication rate is lower and the surgical effect is better,so the indwelling period of 2 weeks is more reasonable.
