摘要
目的:了解乳腺癌患者参与同伴支持活动的收获、感受及需求。方法:采用质性研究的现象学方法,对13例乳腺癌患者进行个性化深入访谈,并采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析和归纳。结果:提炼出3个主题:研究对象对同伴支持者的角色定位、研究对象参与同伴支持的体验、同伴支持不足。结论:同伴支持为乳腺癌患者带来多种益处,但今后研究还需从提高患者与同伴的匹配度、满足患者多样化信息需求及丰富同伴支持形式等方面完善同伴支持方案,提高患者参与同伴支持的积极性。
Objective:To understand breast cancer patients'involvement in peer support activities,feelings and needs.Methods:The phenomenological method of qualitative study was used to conduct personalized in-depth interviews with 13 breast cancer patients,and the data was analyzed and summarized using Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method.Results:Three themes were extracted:the role of patients in peer support,the experience of patients participating in peer support,and insufficient peer support.Conclusion:Peer support brings a variety of benefits to breast cancer patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.However,future research needs to improve the peer support program in terms of improving the matching between patients and peers,meeting patients'diverse information needs,enriching the form of peer support,and increasing patient's participation.
