摘要
目的:调查脑卒中患者在参与康复目标决策时的体验,为脑卒中康复目标体系的构建提供参考依据。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2022年7—9月某三级甲等医院康复医学科脑卒中康复期患者12例作为研究对象,对其进行半结构式访谈,通过Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果:共得出3个主题,包括患者自身因素影响康复目标决策、医生和患者的互动障碍影响康复目标决策、患者参与康复目标决策的需求。提示政府、相关单位、医务人员应采取相应措施使患者有信心参与康复目标设定和配合康复进程。结论:脑卒中患者自身因素及医患互动障碍等因素影响其在康复目标决策中的参与度,医疗机构需从多个层面采取相应干预措施,促进患者参与康复目标的决策。
Objective:To investigate the stroke patient's experience of participating in the rehabilitation goal decision-making,and provide a reference for the construction of stroke rehabilitation goal system.Methods:A total of 12 convalescent stroke patients in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of a tertiary Grade-A hospital from July 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling method,and these patients received semi-structured interviews.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis.Results:A total of 3 themes were obtained,including patients'own factors affecting rehabilitation goal decision-making,doctor-patient interaction disorders affecting rehabilitation goal decision-making,and patients'need to participate in rehabilitation goal decision-making.It was suggested that the government,relevant units,and medical staff should take corresponding measures to ensure that patients are confident in participating in the setting of rehabilitation goals and cooperating with the rehabilitation process.Conclusion:Factors such as stroke patients'own factors and doctor-patient interaction disorders affect their participation in the rehabilitation goal decision-making.Medical institutions need to take corresponding intervention measures at multiple levels to promote patients'participation in the rehabilitation goal decision-making.
