摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对脑卒中后遗症期偏瘫患者功能康复及生命质量的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2017年10月社会福利院护理部接收的90例脑卒中后遗症期偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以综合护理干预,观察并比较两组功能康复情况及生命质量。结果观察组的巴氏指数评分表(Barthel)指数、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分表(FMA)评分及生命质量量表(QOL-BREF)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后遗症期偏瘫患者实施综合护理干预,能提升患者肢体功能,提高其日常生活能力,改善生命质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the functional rehabilitation and quality of life of hemiplegic patients with cerebral apoplexy in the period of sequelae. Methods 90 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected from February 2016 October-2017 year nursing department of social welfare received were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention to observe and compare the functional rehabilitation and the quality of life of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the Barthel index,the FMA score and the QOL-BREF score of the patients in the observation group were all higher,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for stroke patients with sequelae hemiplegia can effectively improve their limb function,improve their daily life ability and improve their quality of life.
