摘要
为解决机械喷油泵双燃料发动机燃气替代率低、排放指标差的问题,采用燃油、燃气双电子控制单元(electronic control unit,ECU)控制技术,开发Z6180/S油气双ECU双燃料发动机。发动机台架和2500 h排放耐久性试验结果表明:双ECU控制技术可以实现对发动机全工况及不同工作模式下的燃料精确喷射和燃烧优化调节,Z6180/S油气双ECU双燃料发动机燃气替代率可达90%,污染物排放满足国家相关标准要求。
To solve the problem of low fuel substitution rate and poor emission for diesel with mechanical pump,Z6180/S dual fuel engine by dual electronic control unit(ECU)control is developed,the diesel and natural gas injection are controlled by separate ECU.The results of engine bench and 2500 h emission durability test show that dual ECU control technology can realize accurate fuel injection and combustion optimization under all working conditions and different working modes of the engine,the maximum gas substitution rate of Z6180/S engine can reach 90%,the pollutant emission of the engine meets the requirements of national standards.
