摘要
目的分析普外科梅毒初筛阳性患者对梅毒相关知识的知晓状况及其影响因素。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月复旦大学附属华山医院普外科手术前梅毒初筛阳性的225例患者作为研究对象。采用自制基本资料问卷调查表收集患者一般资料,包括性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、性取向、职业、月均收入、是否参加过相关宣传活动等,采用自制梅毒传播与防治相关知识问卷调查患者梅毒相关知识知晓情况,根据调查结果分为知晓组(n=52)和不知晓组(n=173),采用Logistic回归分析患者对梅毒相关知识知晓情况的独立相关因素。结果 225例普外科梅毒初筛阳性患者中,梅毒相关知识知晓率为23.11%,各项知识中,"非传播途径""母婴阻断"知晓率最低,均低于50%;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄<20岁、初中及以下文化程度、未曾参加相关宣传活动为影响经普外科梅毒初筛阳性患者梅毒知识知晓的独立相关因素(P<0.05)。结论普外科梅毒初筛阳性患者梅毒相关知识知晓率处于较低水平,知晓情况主要与年龄、文化程度、是否参加过相关宣传活动有关,可予以针对性健康宣教,以减少梅毒传播,控制医源性感染。
Objective To analyze the awareness status of related disease knowledge and influencing factors in patients with positive initial screening for syphilis in department of general surgery. Methods 225 patients with positive initial screening for syphilis before surgical procedure in Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. A self-made basic data questionnaire was used to collect general data of patients, including gender, age, marital status, education level, sexual orientation, occupation, average monthly income and presence or absence of participation in relevant publicity activities. A self-made syphilis transmission and prevention-related knowledge questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness status of syphilis-related knowledge. According to the survey results, the patients were divided into awareness group and non-awareness group. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent related factors of related disease knowledge awareness of patients with positive initial screening for syphilis in department of general surgery. Results Among the 225 syphilis positive patients in the initial screening in the general surgery department, the awareness rate of syphilis related knowledge was 23.11%. Among all knowledge, the awareness rate of "non-transmission route" and "mother-to-child blocking" was the lowest, both lower than 50%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age < 20 years old, education level of junior middle school or below, and not participating in relevant publicity activities were independent related factors affecting syphilis knowledge of patients with positive initial screening for syphilis in department of general surgery(P<0.05). Conclusions The awareness rate of related disease knowledge is at a low level among patients with positive initial screening for syphilis in department of general surgery, which is mainly related to age, education level and presence or absence of participatio
