摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理在混合痔外剥内扎术患者中的护理效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年3月期间本院收治的61例混合痔外剥内扎术患者,随机分为常规组(30例)和快速组(31例)。常规组根据混合痔外剥内扎术要求实施常规护理,在此基础上,快速组应用快速康复外科护理,对比两组术后疼痛、康复及并发症情况。结果快速组术后伤口愈合时间、住院时间和术后肛门疼痛消退时间均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。快速组术后24 h、72 h和7 d VAS评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,促进切口愈合,提升患者术后康复效果,有助于改善混合痔患者外剥内扎术后效果,该方法值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids stripping and ligation.Methods A total of 61 cases of mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the routine group(30 cases)and the rapid group(31 cases).Routine nursing was performed in the routine group according to the requirements of external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.On this basis,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing was performed in the rapid group to compare the postoperative pain,rehabilitation and complications of the two groups.Results The wound healing time,hospital stay time and anal pain subside time in the rapid group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).VAS scores at 24 h,72 h and 7 d in the rapid group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can effectively relieve postoperative pain,promote incision healing,improve postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients,and help improve the results of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external strip and internal ligation.This method is worth popularizing and applying.
