摘要
目的分析评价外科护理质量管理中持续质量改进方法的应用效果。方法该次将该院2018年2月—2019年1月在职的外科36名护士作为研究的对象,同时取同期收治的200例外科患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组;其中,对照组18名护士、100例患者给予常规护理管理方法,观察组18名护士、100例患者给予持续质量改进护理管理方法,进一步对两组护理管理效果进行分析评价。结果①在病区管理、隔离消毒、分级管理、文书管理、操作规范5项护理管理质量指标评分方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。②观察组护患纠纷事件发生率明显低于对照组,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组护理管理服务工作总满意度与对照组比较显著更高,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理质量管理过程中,采取持续质量改进护理管理方法,可提高护士护理质量水平,降低护患纠纷事件发生率,提高患者对护理管理服务的满意程度。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of continuous quality improvement methods in surgical nursing quality management.Methods 36 nurses in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were used as the research object,and 200 surgical patients admitted at the same time were taken as the research object.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method;In the control group,18 nurses and 100 patients were given routine nursing management methods,while in the observation group,18 nurses and 100 patients were given continuous quality improvement nursing management methods,and the effect of nursing management was further analyzed and evaluated in both groups.Results 1.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in scoring five quality indicators of nursing management including ward management,isolation and disinfection,hierarchical management,document management and operation specifications(P<0.05).2.The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the data between the two groups was statistically significantly differenne(P<0.05).3.The total satisfaction of nursing management service work in the observation group is significantly higher than that in the control group,and the data between the two groups is statistically significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of surgical nursing quality management,adopting continuous quality improvement nursing management methods can improve the quality of nurses'nursing,reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing management services.
