摘要
目的分析持续质量改进在神经外科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选择该院神经外科接收的82例患者作为案例,随机分为甲组和乙组,各41例患者,甲组进行的是常规指导方式,乙组进行的是持续质量改进方式,内容涉及到:确认问题、制定计划、方案实施、护理评价等,两组患者干预后,对整体结果分析。结果对于改进前后医护人员理论知识评分、实践知识评分以及综合技能评分对比,改进后的各项评分比较高,对比差异明显。对两组患者的满意率分析,乙组的满意率指标值高于甲组,对比后优势明显。结论在神经外科采用持续质量改进措施,能促进患者恢复。在当前实际护理过程中,针对神经外科的现状,对患者实施持续质量改进指导,要求工作人员掌握工作问题和其中的具体概况,只有做好各项护理指导工作,才能促进患者的康复,在该次研究中实施有效的持续质量改进后,对患者的满意率情况分析,实践证明,患者对护理工作的满意率逐渐提升,值得推广和实施。
Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement in neurosurgery nursing quality management. Methods A total of 82 patients accepted by neurosurgery in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 41 patients in the each group. Group A was given routine guidance and group B was given continuous quality improvement, which involved confirming problems, making plans, the implementation of the plan, nursing evaluation, etc. After the intervention of the two groups of patients, the overall results were analyzed. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge and comprehensive skill after the improvement were higher, and the difference was obvious. On the analysis of the satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients, the satisfaction rate index value of group B is higher than that of group A, and the advantage was obvious after comparison. Conclusion Continuous quality improvement measures in neurosurgery can promote the recovery of patients. In the current actual nursing process, according to the current situation of neurosurgery, continuous quality improvement guidance for patients requires staff to master the work problems and the specific situation. Only by doing a good job of nursing guidance can we promote the rehabilitation of patients. After effective continuous quality improvement is implemented in this study, the satisfaction rate of patients is analyzed. Practice has proved that the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing work is gradually increased and it is worthy of promotion and implementation.
