疼痛护理教学中PDCA循环教学法的效果分析

摘要 目的分析评价在疼痛护理教学过程中应用PDCA循环教学法的效果和价值。方法选择该院的护理实习生118名作为研究对象,其实习时间为2019年1-9月,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,两组研究对象均分为59名,对照组在实习过程中给予常规教学法,观察组则应用PDCA循环教学法,进行两组教学效果的对比,主要评价内容包括疼痛护理的实践操作能力、理论考核成绩评分以及对教学方法的满意度。结果与对照组进行比较,观察组理论基础知识以及实践操作能力评分均明显较高,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组实习生对教学方法的满意度,观察组满意度明显高于对照组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疼痛护理教学过程中应用PDCA循环教学法对提高实习生护理综合能力具有积极意义,进一步提高了实习生的教学成绩,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect and value of applying PDCA cycle taaching method in the process of pain nursing teaching.Methods 118 nursing interns in the hospital were selected as the research objects.Their internship period was from January to September 2019.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,and the two groups were equally divided into 59 people.The control group was given conventional teaching methods during the internship,while the observation group applied PDCA cycle taaching method to compare the two groups'teaching effects.The main evaluation content included pain nursing practice ability,theoretical assessment scores and satisfaction with the teaching methods degree.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group's scores of theoretical basic knowledge and practical operation ability were significantly higher,and the data comparison between the groups was statistically significantly different(P<0.05);the two groups of interns'satisfaction with teaching methods were compared,and the observation group's satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the difference in data comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle taaching method in the process of pain nursing teaching has positive significance for improving the comprehensive nursing ability of interns,and further improves the teaching performance of interns,and is worthy of clinical application.
