摘要
目的探讨集束化管理联合临床路径(CP)教学模式在神经外科护理实习学生教学中的效果。方法于2017年4月—2019年3月将131名在威海中心医院神经外科二病区实习的护理学生根据实习时间不同分为观察组64名及对照组67名,对照组给予传统带教方式进行带教,观察组给予集束化管理联合CP教学模式进行带教,带教时间均为4周,比较两种带教方式的应用效果及学生的满意程度。结果经过4周带教后,观察组学生的理论、操作考核成绩及学生对临床实践能力、应急能力、学习兴趣和教学方法的满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化管理联合CP教学的带教模式在神经外科护理带教中效果显著,值得在神经外科护理教学中进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster management combined with clinical pathway(CP)teaching mode in the teaching of neurosurgery nursing practice students.Methods 131 nursing students who practiced in the Second Ward of Neurosurgery of Weihai Central Hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were divided into an observation group of 64 and a control group of 67 students according to the different internship time.The control group was given traditional teaching methods for teaching,and the observation group was given cluster management.The combined CP teaching mode was used for teaching,and the teaching time was 4 weeks.The application effects of the two teaching methods and the satisfaction of students are compared.Results After 4 weeks of teaching,the observation group's theoretical and operational assessment scores and the students'satisfaction with clinical practice ability,emergency response ability,learning interest and teaching methods were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of cluster management combined with CP teaching has significant effects in neurosurgery nursing teaching,and it is worthy of further promotion in neurosurgery nursing teaching.
