摘要
目的分析舒适护理在ICU气管切开患者中的临床治疗效果。方法从我院在2015年1月至2015年12月收治的ICU气管切开患者中,选取100例患者作为研究对象,采集其病例资料,并将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对对照组患者采用综合治疗和常规护理方式,对观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加舒适护理措施,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,比较两组的患者并发症发生率及焦虑自评量表。结果通过护理之后,观察组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的焦虑评分也明显优于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对ICU气管切开患者增加舒适护理,有利于增加患者的护理服务满意度,增强医院的护理质量,缓解紧张的医患关系,同时还可以减少住院的费用,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的康复效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of comfort nursing in patients with tracheotomy in ICU. Methods ICU tracheal in January 2015 - December 2015 were from our hospital and patients, 100 patients were selected as the research object, collecting the clinical data, were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,50 cases in each group, the control of comprehensive treatment and routine nursing group were treated by the patients in the observation group, the increase in the control group on the basis of comfortable nursing measures, to observe the clinical effect of two groups of pa- tients, patients with complications were compared between the two groups and the incidence of self rating anxiety scale. Results after nursing, the observation group of patients with complications was significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈0.05） ; group of patients with anxiety score in the observation was significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ICU tracheotomy increased comfort care patients,increase patients＂ satisfaction to nursing service, enhance the quality of hospital care, doctor - patient relationship, but also can reduce the cost of hospitalization, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the rehabilita- tion effect of patients, is worthy of promotion.
